Purposefully designed to accommodate the client's exceptional collection of Japanese whiskey, every detail, from the furnishings to the ambient lighting, converges to create an atmosphere that elevates the art of savoring fine spirits. The space becomes a curated retreat, inviting the client to unwind, entertain, and indulge in the rich experience of enjoying a glass of whiskey after a long day.

A sprawling 20,000 square foot property nestled on a vast 4-acre lot. Encompassing six bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, three kitchens, a full-size basketball court, a remarkable 15,000-bottle wine cellar, an enclosed pool, and an outdoor tennis court, this residence epitomizes luxury living on an expansive scale.
Faced with a unique challenge, we were brought onto the project in its later stages, tasked with completing the entire design within a right four-month timeframe, aligning with the fast-paced construction progress. The result is a testament to efficient collaboration and creative ingenuity, delivering a sophisticated and grand residence tailored to the desires of our discerning clients.

Brief
Choosing to envelop the entire room in wood panels, our aim was to instill a dark, moody, and sophisticated ambiance reminiscent of a chic speakeasy lounge. A modern ceiling light with brushed brass details was carefully selected to cast an elegant glow, adding to the allure of the space. The inclusion of an expansive wet bar and a fireplace contributes to the overall sense of luxury, creating an inviting atmosphere that beckons to be enjoyed. This thoughtfully designed drinking lounge stands as a testament to refined taste, where every element converges to evoke a feeling of exclusive indulgence.

Originally half its current size, this closet underwent a transformative expansion based on our assessment of the architectural plans. By strategically moving a few walls, we doubled its size. To maintain a clean and organized aesthetic, we incorporated glass doors throughout, finished in a luxurious bronze hue. Ample folding storage, drawers, and shoe racks were integrated for functionality and style. Adding a touch of architectural flair, a floating island suspended from the ceiling on a metal frame ensures an unobstructed, expansive view, elevating the closet into a sophisticated haven of organization and luxury.

A grand structure adjoining the main house, this nearly 10,000-square-foot masterpiece unfolds with spectacular offerings. Anchored by a colossal 10-foot TV, the space seamlessly integrates a full kitchen featuring suspended glass cabinets from the ceiling, a dedicated grilling kitchen, and an expansive lounge area. Accommodating diverse needs, it boasts two bathrooms with lockers and a convenient laundry room. The pool, exceeding 6 feet in depth and complemented by a hot tub, transforms this space into a year-round retreat, perfectly designed to be enjoyed in all four seasons.
