This private residence spans 12,000 square feet and is located in a new gated community in the Village of Oak Brook. It is designed to accommodate a family of 6, featuring 6 spacious bedrooms and an additional wing dedicated to in-laws and guests for added privacy. The home includes amenities such as a 10,000-bottle wine cellar, a theater room, gym, sauna, basketball court, and a large recreation room with an outdoor pool. The design draws inspiration from modern California architecture, characterized by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood each room with natural light.

The kitchen materials were chosen to achieve a clean, modern, and airy aesthetic. Light wood and green accent chairs contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Gold accents further highlight the contemporary design, adding an extra layer of elegance to the space.

These include a custom carpet, a reflective coffee table, and strip lighting that accentuates the wine rack. We extended the sage green theme to our outdoor seating and opted for warm wood accents, along with a distinctive island for cooking and other activities.
